Superior Manufacturing’s New Generation Padding Machine

The Worldwide Machinery Pipeline Division recently provided U.S. Pipeline Inc. with an SPD-350 padding machine during construction of a segment of the Alberta Clipper pipeline for Enbridge Pipelines Inc. The pipe for the project, which is located near Bemidji, MN, ranged from 20- and 36-inches in diameter and 180 miles in length. 
  In addition to the SPD-350, Worldwide Machinery was allowed to demo the SPD-450. With a screening area of 90 sq-feet, this is the biggest and newest addition to Superior Manufacturing’s line of padding machines.
